About Us
Our diversified and exciting Caribbean cuisine was created after Christopher Columbus visited the Caribbean in the 15th century, the English, French, Spanish and Portuguese followed in hot pursuit. African and Dutch influences were added to the melting pot with the introduction of the slave trade and have influenced the very distinct way we as a people balanced, blended and created a cuisine, which is like none other. Because the islands are multi-cultural there are distinct regional differences in the authentic cuisines of the Caribbean. It is said that one whiff of a west Indian kitchen and you will be seduced for life. That is the passion of the Caribbean cuisine.
